All participants in the
Sixth Annual
Creative Story Writing Contest were invited to a
Writers Workshop with Adrian Fogelin
on Saturday, February 16, 2008
at the downtown Leon County Public Library.
The workshop was divided into the following age categories:
Grades K-2:    10:00 a.m. - 10:45 a.m.
Grades 3-5:     11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Grades 6-12:      1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.

   Rules and Guidelines of the Contest
  
*One story of no more than 500 words may be submitted by each student.
*Each entry must have a completed entry form attached.
Rules and entry forms can be downloaded from the Leon County Reading Council’s website: www.lcrc.pbwiki.com
*Stories may be typed or handwritten.
*Kindergarteners may dictate their stories to an adult.
*Teachers submitting class stories are requested to limit the number
to no more than five stories per class
